Amateur Radio Competence
Practical Skills and Real-World Usage — Learning, Applying, and Giving Back
Amateur radio is more than equipment and licenses. It’s competence applied in service — to community, to preparedness, and to one another. It is also experimentation, enjoyment, and the steady satisfaction of learning something difficult and making it work.
This site is being built as a field journal from further down the road: practical notes, system design, equipment integration, event support lessons, and real-world operating ideas that help reduce confusion and build capability.
Initial content is in development.
